Living in a house is the only way to really get to know it. It takes time to get beyond your initial infatuation and into the more intimate details of your home. That’s when warranty service is key. We pride ourselves on keeping problems to a minimum, but when they come up you can expect quick and painless resolution under our hassle-free warranty process.
We never want you to feel like you’re bothering us. Instead we make the effort to contact you first. And if there is a problem, we will do everything we can to work around your schedule. Plus, we deal with the contractors to make sure things are done right. Here’s what you can expect from us.
One month visit.
After 30 days we will be giving you a courtesy call. We’ll be asking how things are going, reviewing any problems and making sure they’re getting resolved to your satisfaction. We’ll even set up a convenient time for a visit if you’d like. |

Year-end warranty review.
Before your one-year warranty expiration date you can expect one final call. Which means you don’t have to worry about forgetting to contact us. At this time you will have an opportunity to review and address any remaining concerns you may have.
